Tara Teipel, founder of Lemongrass Aveda Salon & Spa is elated to announce the official launch of My Spiritual Ritual, online and in the Lemongrass shop. The My Spiritual Ritual line is inspired by ancient spiritual traditions, rituals and ceremonies from around the world.
Tara has dedicated much of her lifetime to traveling the world in search of truth and a deeper meaning to existence. My Spiritual Ritual is a culmination of the rituals and spiritual practices that she has experienced made into a simple, accessible daily practice for each and every one of you!
The first installment in the series, The Love Spiritual Ritual Kit is specifically designed to guide you through a 28-day journey into greater self-love.
In conjunction with the release of the kit, Tara is offering a guided Love Spiritual Ritual course here at Lemongrass to take a special first group through the process. Although much of the self-work is done daily and solo our group will meet once a week, for 4 consecutive weeks, on Thursdays from 6:00PM-7:30PM. This will be the first group Tara will take through this process, so group feedback and participation will be encouraged and appreciated.
The journey begins on Thursday, August 16th, 2018 and the schedule is as follows:
Week 1 – The Love Spiritual Ritual Journey – August 16, 2018
You will learn the importance of having a ritual as a part of your daily life and how to create your own simple, yet very effective, daily practice centered around self-love. You will receive your own Love Spiritual Ritual Kit, which Tara will walk you through.
Week 2- Because of Love – August 23, 2018
Learn how giving unconditionally – without expecting anything in return – is a powerful act of self-love that can be incorporated into your ritual.
Week 3 – Sacred Space – August 30, 2018
Experience the power of a sacred space within and around you, as Tara talks about the ancient practice of using sacred plants, resins and oils and teaches you to create a sacred space of your own.
Week 4 – Sacred Ritual as a Lifestyle – September 6, 2018
An invitation and guidance on shifting your awareness and consciousness to aligning with the everyday sacred. When you cultivate a clear & consistent daily practice of connecting with your higher self /universal intelligence and you will experience long lasting love, fulfillment and true happiness within.
