Clearing Space
You want a clear space before inviting in the higher frequency of Love. Light your Palo Santo stick and blow out the flame, creating a smoke. Walk around your space holding the stick with one hand, while waving your other hand to circulate the smoke around the space to clear it.
Sage
Burning sage is an ancient ritual often called smudging. It is found that negativity is cleared away by the smoke of the burning sage. You can use the smoke on yourself or others as wellas in your home and on objects you feel need a cleansing or clearing.
How to Smudge
Set your intention, light the sage and spread the smoke around.
