Building a Crystal Grid is a great way to center, meditate, and connect with an intention as well as with nature. Use your thought energy & the power of the grid to bring more of what you desire into your life.

This ritual serves the purpose of promoting a peaceful and calming environment, slowing down the mind, and setting the intention of easing you into a deep & restful night’s sleep.

WHAT IS A CRYSTAL GRID?

A crystal grid is a geometric pattern or spiritual symbol of energetically aligned stones charged by intentions set in a sacred space for the purpose of manifesting a particular objective, spiritual wellbeing, and transformation. Crystal Grids synthesize powerful crystal vibrations and energy.

WHY USE CRYSTALS?

Crystals and gemstones are made with millions of years of pressure and heat and therefore carry a high energetic value. Under pressure, they generate energy which can then be used to identify, raise, and direct energy to a targeted source. The energetic imprint of a crystal influences us by interacting with our own energy body and independently creating transformation.

 The Ritual

When beginning any kind of ritual, it is so important we take the time needed to create Sacred Space. You can do this by lighting some Palo Santo, Sage, or Copal to amplify your ritual, clear away stagnant energy, and receive the gift of calm and clarity.

Preparing & Setting Up Your Grid

SET AN INTENTION

Take a moment to set an intention for your crystal grid around better sleep whether that be a deeper night’s rest, calming an overactive mind before sleep, encouraging peaceful and positive dreams, or whatever best resonates with how to would like the crystal grid to work for you.

CHOOSE A SHAPE OR PATTERN

While a grid could be a simple circle or square, there are many other shapes and patterns to choose from that may resonate with your intention.

SETTING UP YOUR GRID

Hold your crystals in your hands with your intention in mind. Place your crystals on the pattern, cloth, or simply on a surface. Start in the center with a focus stone, then work outward. You can incorporate flowers, pods, and seashells if you feel called to do so. 

ACTIVATING YOUR GRID

You may activate your grid with your intention, a crystal wand, or by burning smudging tools like sage, copal, or Palo Santo. Speak your intention aloud so that the universe knows your intention.

DISMANTLING YOUR GRID

You get to decide when you feel complete with your grid. This can correlate with the phases of the moon, seasons, or when you get the intuitive nudge that your grid has served its purpose. Dismantle the grid with reverence, Thank your grid of crystals for doing their job in supporting you in your intentions and journey. Burn sage, Palo Santo, copal, or a candle. You may also want to cleanse and charge your crystals after dismantling.
